These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at lyfwis.co.uk (the “Site”), operated by LyfWis Software Studio (“LyfWis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who operates this site

LyfWis is a studio based in India. The .co.uk domain reflects the market we serve, not a UK establishment or office. We say so plainly here so that nobody has to work it out.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the Site’s operation or availability.
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the Site without our written permission.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, text, design, graphics, the LyfWis name, logo and brand elements, are owned by or licensed to LyfWis. You may view the Site for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

4. Nothing here is an offer

Information on the Site about what we build, and any prices shown or linked, is general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, fees and timelines. Nothing on this Site creates a contract on its own.

5. Email we send

We send business-to-business email to practices. Every message identifies us and offers a plain way to stop receiving them. How we obtained your details, what we do with them and how to be removed permanently are set out in our Privacy Notice. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to object to direct marketing, which is absolute.

6. Links to other sites

This Site links to lyfwis.com, to our product PostLayr, to demonstration sites, and to third-party sites. Demonstration sites contain fictional content created for illustration. The practices, people and telephone numbers shown on them are not real. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Nothing on this Site is legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Where we describe how our own software handles information, we are describing our product, not advising you on your obligations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LyfWis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi, India will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country, including UK or Irish consumer and data-protection rights, which are unaffected by this clause.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
